I grew up in quite a place - on Awabakal Land in Newcastle, on the east coast of Australia.

I’m a little bit obsessed with words. Okay, fine … more like thoroughly captivated and overly fixated.

As I continue with that weird thing people call ‘growing up’, I perpetually notice that when we have the language that captures what we think in our minds, feel deep in our core, and believe in our hearts …

Life lights up in colour!

It made me realise that our stories are woven into all these little moments of honest, important conversations with ourselves, and the people we love.

When we find the words, that feel pure and complete, all those moments tally up, and you’ve got yourself one heck of a life, I reckon!
